The new Quick Pouch Former Horizontal form fill seal machine - pouch former - tray former – compact footprint for economic horizontal form fill seal packaging. Lean manufacturing, use the horizontal form fill seal to make exactly the number of four sided sealed pouches or trays you need. The Quick Pouch Former Horizontal can be a standalone horizontal form fill seal machine with manual product loading, or  integrated with automatic product loading system.  It can also be integrated to loading machinery, performing automatic horizontal form fill seal packaging. The Quick Pouch Former Horizontal is a compact, economic horizontal form fill seal solution.

Introducing the new Quick Pouch Former Horizontal

New form fill seal machine with tray former.

Optional - a tray forming module - makes a vacuum formed trays and automatically loads product into the tray.  Lidding is then automatically  sealed to the top of the tray.
