LPS Wine Caddy is available and in full compliance with new legislation passed by the New York Division of Alcoholic beverage Control. This law allows restaurants to package a patron's unfinished wine so the patron can take it home.

In order for the unfinished bottle of wine to leave the restaurant with a patron, the bottle should be placed in a bag that meets the following criteria: The open bottle of wine must be placed in a one-time tamper evident transparent bag. The bag must have a secure unbroken seal.

The LPS Wine Caddy bags meet these criteria and are in stock ready for shipment. We can of course customize these bags to serve as an additional way of promoting your restaurant.
