Modified Atmosphere

Packaging

Modified atmosphere packaging for food packaging. Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) capability uses mixture of various gases.  Modified atmosphere packaging modifies the head space gas (reducing oxygen that is present) in a package to prolong the shelf life of the product such as fresh or minimally processed foods.
