Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine

Vertical form fill seal machine with a controlled environment chamber. A pouch former - four sided sealed pouches, a standalone vertical form fill seal machine within a controlled environment chamber. Packaging can be performed under low moisture conditions, inert atmosphere, or other special environmental conditions. Having a chamber eliminates the need for a larger area such as a controlled environment cleanroom.

Tooling for one size included - chevron style pouch, and multiple tooling optional

Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine Production Rate

The laminator will be designed to operate at a machine cycle rate of 20 pouches per minute. Automatic product loading will determine actual run speeds. Optional high speed operation available.
