Semi- Automatic Bundler

ASB Semi-Automatic Bundler Series

The sealing section is air operated and all controls are PLC controlled with solid state dependability.

Shrink tunnel controls are all solid state with digital heat control, load-sensing conveyor speed control, automatic cool down and shut down.

Infeed conveyor features load-sensing speed control

Cooling station on the exit end of the shrink tunnel with its own air velocity controls allows the use of polyethylene films.

 

Economical to Run

High-energy shrink tunnel uses re-circulated air and energy-saving insulation.

Gravity film feed eliminates electric motors and controls.

 

Safety

Low pressure closing for the sealing jaw.

Emergency stop switches on both the sealer and tunnel.

Open mesh conveyor belt eliminates dangerous rollers.

 

Versatile
