ASB Automatic Bottle Bundler Series

The sealing section of bottle bundler is air operated and all controls are PLC controlled with solid state dependability.

Shrink tunnel controls are all solid state with digital heat control, load-sensing conveyor speed control, automatic cool down and shut down of bottle bundler.

Infeed bottle bundler conveyor features load-sensing speed control

Cooling station on the exit end of the shrink tunnel with its own air velocity controls allows the use of polyethylene films.

High-energy shrink tunnel uses re-circulated air and energy-saving insulation.
